Lactoboost cookies can be purchased from the Healthguard Pharmacy at Dharmapala Mawatha, Ninewells Hospital Pharmacy, Joseph Fraser Memorial Hospital Pharmacy and Brunch Lane by Lactoboost – their own flagship restaurant which also provides freshly prepared Lactoboost dishes for breastfeeding mothers. They also offer a range of brunch-themed meals and snacks which are available for delivery through Uber Eats and PickMe food as well. 'Lactoboost was created based on my personal experience. When I had my first baby, I had a difficult time breastfeeding due to low milk supply. I tried everything recommended by doctors and lactation consultants and when all else failed, I found this solution, and it worked. I wanted to share this with others in my position and started to produce these cookies at home, which evolved into a small business. Last year, I was one of six female entrepreneurs selected for the first Female Accelerator program in Sri Lanka, AccelerateHER conducted by Hatch Works. The training and funding provided by this program was a huge support in taking our brand to the next level. I thank everyone who supported me in this victory,' Ms. Lasni Silva said.
